What We Engineer

  • Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS): Multi-threaded, deterministic embedded architectures on FreeRTOS, Zephyr RTOS, Azure RTOS (ThreadX), and bare-metal state machines.
  • Low-Power Optimization: Duty-cycling, deep sleep state management, and clock gating to enable years of continuous battery life on coin cells and Li-Po batteries.
  • Fail-Safe OTA Firmware Updates: Dual-bank flash bootloaders with cryptographic signature validation (ECDSA/RSA), CRC checks, and automatic rollback on corruption.
  • Hardware Device Drivers & Buses: Custom, interrupt-driven drivers for I2C, SPI, QSPI, UART, CAN 2.0 / CAN-FD, RS-485, USB (CDC/HID), and custom proprietary fieldbuses.
  • Silicon Root-of-Trust & Security: Secure boot, flash encryption, anti-tamper triggers, and integration with dedicated secure elements (e.g. ATECC608, TPM 2.0).
